SAUTEE ALL THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS,
ADD 4 CUPS V 8 JUICE, SPLASH OF RED WINE,
LET SIMMER ABOUT 15 MINUTES,
TOSS WITH 2 #’S PENNE PASTA,
TOP WITH FRESH CRUMBLED FETA CHEESE
AND JULIENNE OF FRESH BASIL
