from the "states." Grainne brings to the
restaurant her family recipe - direct from Ireland... with
hints of chocolate and honey, real cream, and her family's
own secret ingredient. We feature the following varieties:

it's true, no Blarney at all! Made with Celtic Crossing,
Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey, and piping hot coffee.

at the Mighty Oak Barrel have our
own end of the year wine award! We search each year for the
best wine in its category at the best price point.
This
year we have selected:
Maximus 2004 Napa
Valley Red Feasting Wine
The 2004
Maximus is comprised of:
51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Merlot and 20% Syrah.
The
latest release of our proprietary blend opens with notes of
spicy red currants, blueberry, black raspberry jam, maple
brown sugar and hints of pipe tobacco. On the palate there
are flavors of rich ripe concentrated fruit, mocha and chocolate
cherry with soft velvety tannins that linger on the palate.
The wine is very drinkable now and is also worthy of aging.
